Two Pre-Wedding Meetings (2 hrs each, $50 per additional hour)

Meeting #1: Timeline meeting to decide flow of event (at least 6 weeks before the wedding)

Meeting #2: Final Walk Thru of Space with clients and vendors to ensure the proper placement of rentals, decor and flow of event


  • (Before rehearsal) Email wedding party and ceremony players as to the time and location of rehearsal with all important details 
  • Distribute timelines to wedding party, officiant and ceremony players (DJ/Band/Photographer/Readers).
  • Collaborate with wedding officient to choreograph wedding ceremony, processional and recessional flow
  • Confirm music ceremony musicians will play during the ceremony, and coordinate start times for each piece of music.
  • Rehearse processional with wedding party and ceremony players
  • Arrange and coordinate First Look photos for couple or decide on location for couple's shots
  • Answer any and all questions regarding the ceremony

Day of Wedding (Pre-Ceremony)

  • Greet vendors and instruct them as to where to set up (wedding band/DJ, florist, and caterer, rentals)
  • Confirm photographer has “must shoot” list
  • Arrange escort cards in alphabetical order
  • Meet with catering staff to confirm food timeline and floorplan
  • Set up guest book and pen, décor, tablescapes, extra bathroom amenities
  • Maintain Wedding Emergency Kit (Kit Includes such items as stain sticks, hairspray, safety pins, a sewing kit, scissors, Static Guard, deodorant, straws, Band-Aids, snacks, and many other things you may need on the wedding day)
  • Set up programs and other ceremony items  (guest book, unity candles, kiddush cups, wine and/or yarmulkes)
  • Ensure personal florals have been delivered to ceremony location (bridal bouquet, flower girl pedals, bridesmaids bouquets, groomsmen boutonnières)


  • Alert ushers/groomsmen as to when to begin escorting guests to their seats.
  • Handle any emergencies that may arise (late guests, sickness or inclement weather)
  • Line up the bridal party for their entrances down the aisle
  • Cue ceremony musicians when bridal party is ready to begin processional
  • Cue wedding party, and couple as to when to walk down the aisle


  • Create space for a private moment and/or the signing of the marriage license
  • Bring cocktail hour food and drinks for couple to enjoy before formal photos are taken


  • Gather couple, wedding party and immediate family for photos (either before or following the ceremony)
    Call out names on “must shoot” list for photographer if photographer does not have an assistant
  • Ensure proper flow of cocktail hour and dinner
  • Along with catering staff, encourage guests to join bride and groom for dinner at the end of cocktail hour
  • Help guests locate escort cards and assigned tables
  • Cue couple, band, photographer, and videographer when important events take place during reception (first dance, cake cutting, toasts/speeches/blessings etc.)
  • Prevent and/or fix any problems that may arise during event
  • Distribute final payments/gratuities to vendors at the end of the evening (no negotiation in the terms of vendor contracts will be handled by DOC at this time)
  • Set up party favors at end of the evening
  • Pack up gifts/cards, miscellaneous ceremony and reception items and have them ready to be taken to a family member's car at end of evening
  • Coordinate formal exit
  • Arrange reception departure transportation for couple
